How do credits work?
Credits work like a utility meter. 1,000 credits equal $1. Each message is priced by the model you use and the length of the conversation, so heavier models and longer chats use more credits. You only spend when you send - idle days cost nothing.
What's the difference between a plan and a one-time top-up?
A plan automatically adds credits to your balance every month - and the bigger the plan, the bigger the bonus over what its price would buy - so you never run dry. A one-time top-up adds extra credits whenever you need more - a heavy month, a big project, or if you'd rather not subscribe - with nothing renewing. Both unlock the exact same models and features.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime - plan changes and cancellation happen on Stripe's secure billing portal, straight from your dashboard. Credits already added to your balance are yours to keep.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account indefinitely - including the ones granted by a monthly plan. No monthly resets, no rollover limits, no surprise expirations.
Is there a free tier?
Yes - you get free messages when you sign up, no card required. You can also try a guest session without creating an account at all.
What payment methods can I use?
Any major credit or debit card. One-time top-ups can also be paid in USDC - pick it at checkout or send it straight from your wallet. Monthly plans renew automatically, so they're card-only. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
For card purchases, unused credits can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase. USDC payments are non-refundable.
